Safer to Stay offers Safer to Move consultations to help individuals and families ensure a new home supports safe movement, independence, and long-term aging in place.
Led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, these visits focus on how a person will actually move within the home environment-not just the layout of the house.

* A targeted in-home reassessment of a specific concern (bathroom setup, stairs, equipment changes, or new mobility changes) after an initial assessment. Includes updated recommendations and guidance based on current function.

Additional Individual Assessment
- Each additional resident being assessed- $95.00
* When more than one individual living in the home would benefit from evaluation, an additional assessment can be completed during the same visit.
